My Philosophy

My goal as a therapist is to help individuals and couples gain self-awareness, enabling them to develop the ability to deal with and overcome the challenges in life as functional adults. We all have the innate wisdom and capacity to face our challenges and resolve our difficulties.  I recognize that each individual is uniquely beautiful, deserving the right to feel safe and be fully heard with understanding, compassion and without judgement or expectation. Therapy is customized to each individual's needs and goals with the use of various psychotherapeutic modalities.  It is important to integrate a healthy balance between mind, body and spirit and to reclaim our human right to live each day with joy and peace.
